We have flexible working pattern so we break it in different working pattern

GAP Analysis:Plant visit, how aware your staff for system, working environment survey, steps You took for system implementation, awareness of your management to Implement system.  Second person system audit / system analysis   once or twice in month: -  (After gating certification Second person to keep watch on the system work perfectly.).

Certification Documents Preparation: Providing total set of sample documents including Quality Manual, Procedures, work instruction, formats etc. specific to the industry at nominal charges. The other services are provided as per client’s requirement on chargeable basis.)

System adopting & Certification: The total work of installation of Certification system done by us is covered in Phase – A and phase B for systemic implementation as per details given Below.

• Phase A: Conducting diagnostic survey for few days on the current status of the Quality System. Prepare and give complete set of your documents consisting of Apex Quality Manual Procedures, Formats, Audit Questionnaire etc. based on Survey done in the factory for existing system. Also provide video cassettes, Quality Posters and Booklets with cartoons to create Quality calture. Guide the organization for establishing process capability techniques and suggest formats for record keeping used by multinational companies.
• Phase B: Conducting awareness programme for:
  • Top Management
  • Middle Management 
  • Workers
  Preparation of list of records, study various documents and provide documentation Training.
  Finalization of documents.
  Implementation of system / and conducting counseling session to advice upon the adequacy.
  
  Internal Quality Audit training program.
  Verification of the installation i.e. doing Internal Quality Audit for compliance to the requirements of the standard and documented system. Also raising non-compliances (NCR) and suggesting action for taking corrective measures.
  
  Guidance on selection of certification agencies and help during preliminary visit of certifying body.
  
  Closing of NCR reports and taking 2 more audit rounds.
  
  

Help during External Audit by certifying body and follow up activity.

• Key projects for new products: Starting from new product (With Project Report), requirement in market, equipments require, how to procure, what benefits of grant and other benefit form government body, space require, product recipe and cost, plane layout, implement of plant- up to best production. Awareness of systems implementation.
• Conducting awareness program: conducting different training program for worker/Supervisor/ lower level management/top Management
   
  Recipe Development: Develop new product as per your requirement and test.
• Second person visit: - keep active watch on product quality and production procedure purpose.
