Work Experience:

Kitchen Xpress Overseas (Ramdev Exports), India as a Assistant Factory Manager since last almost 5 years (September 2008 to Present)
(Kitchen Express Overseas as a leading company in Exports more that 750 verity of foods to South Asian Food Products in U.S., U.K & European Countries, Australia, Malaysia, China and many more countries. they also have BRC Certification. I also handling plant operation, production planning and also make sure Quality and Hygiene product should be deliver. I am also responsible to increase productivity by all means.I also conducting training program during my various job. Supervisors and Workers training about Personal / plant / online process Hygiene, GMP, GSP, GLP FIFO – LIFO System, CIP System, etc.

  • I am FSMS Team Leader & in my leader ship we got ISO 22000/ BRC / HACCP Certification from GL group of company (Humbarg, Germany), with 9 clusters, 450 products in one premise.   Ensure that the FSM system is operating and maintained in the company as per the standards. Implemented and strictly (follow ASTA method (American Std.), for Analysis purpose. Also implemented P.F.A. and Agmark codes for Local Market..
  • Key person R & D to improve self by developing new preservative Technique and new Sterilization Methods (Gas Sterilization, Ozone Sterilization, Steam Sterilization and Dry Heat Sterilization.) also only person behind developing new products & recipes.( fish curry, Rasam masala, mix Pickle, Khakhra)
